Caique is a third-degree Black Belt under Carlson Gracie Jr. He started training judo in 1977 at the age of 4, and in 1988 started to learn Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Grand Master Francisco Mansur who received his black belt from Grand master Hélio Gracie. In 1991 Caique started
training at the famous Carlson Gracie Academy on Copacabana Beach, Rio de Janeiro.
At Carlson Gracie, he trained with luminaries such as
Ricardo Liborio, Marcelo Alonso, Carlson Gracie Jr., Murilo Bustamante, Amaury Bitteti, Alan Goes, Wallid Ismail, Zé Mario Sperry, Vitor Belfort, Paulo Filho, and Ricardo Arona.
Caique’s competion achievements are:

2 times Brazilian Championship Gold 94/97
1 time Brazilian Championship Medalist 98
Since the end of Caique’s competition career, he has focused on further self development and the study of the philosophy of self defense.
Dangelo is a third-degree Black Belt trained under Rodrigo Medeiros, Francisco Albuquerque Toco, Sérgio Souza Bolão Mauro Chueng, Marcos da Mata parupinha, Kiko Velloso, and Carlson Gracie Jr. He has studied the art of jiu jitsu for the last 26 years. He first began to learn Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Master Kiko Velloso who was a student of Carlson Gracie. He is also a black belt in Brazilian Luta Livre and proficient in professional wrestling.
Dangelo is a world-class athlete with 18 MMA fights and 20 years of teaching experience. He holds a professional MMA record of 9 wins, 8 losses and 1 draw. He was the 2000 BJJ National Champion, 2005 BJJ State Champion of Rio de Janeiro, 2012 Champion Houston Open, and the 2013 Champion NAGA Texas.
Dangelo has an impressive legacy of teaching BJJ, wrestling, Muay Thai and boxing around the world. He has a strong background in designing, developing and implementing new programs for competitive athletes, beginners and children. He is particularly adept at explaining BJJ principles and teaching both discipline and structure to children of all ages. Dangelo helps his students focus on personal development and self-defence while becoming better athletes. In addition, he is involved in social projects aimed at children and adolescents in impoverished areas to teach them martial arts discipline and a path to a better future.
Bianca was born and raised in South Africa. She began her gymnastics/ tumbling career at age 5. She represented her region in Tumbling in South Africa from 1992-2005. Bianca is a self-motivated, diligent, athletic, ambitious and versatile individual.

Bianca started her coaching career in 2004. Since then she has been teaching children and adults of all ages and is always motivated to help her students to achieve their sporting goals through living healthy and active lives.
Rebecca is a Level 5 AntiGravity® Fitness instructor and certified yoga instructor. With a background in dance, yoga, and running, she has always been passionate about movement and human connection. Always inclusive when in the classroom, she loves to share ways to connect the mind and with the body through the power of physical movement.
Originally from Hong Kong, Rebecca has spent time growing up in the United States and in Singapore. She’s armed with a diverse athletic background in dance, yoga, rugby, and long-distance running. As an alternate movement to dance, she discovered yoga and followed the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® fitness program to rehabilitate, regain and increase her strength, mobility, and flexibility that was once limited due to injuries sustained from dancing in the past. Her interests and focus are in movements that improve function and recovery.
Harry is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Rodrigo Medeiros (Carlson Gracie Lineage). He started BJJ in 2007 at the world famous Beverly Hills Jiu Jitsu Club under Marcus Vinicius (6th Degree Black Belt & Judo Black Belt under Red Belt Francisco Mansur) while studying at the University of Southern California where he graduated with a degree in Economics and Film. While in California Harry competed in IBJFF tournaments in the colored belt divisions including the Pan Americans.
In addition to BJJ, he is an American Council on Exercise Certified Trainer (# N790786) and is CPR Certified.
He looks forward to competing in the Black Belt divisions around Asia with the SHBJJ Team. Harry speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and basic Mandarin and French.
